In her 8-year Real Estate career she has been involved in helping over 1000+ clients buy & sell real estate including residential, multi family, commercial, farm, & land throughout the state of Ohio.
Her experience includes coordinating & the sale of real estate & personal property implementing marketing programs to maximize profits for her sellers. She has worked closely with Fiduciary, Trustee, POA, & Estate sellers. Her SRES” (Senior Real Estate Specialist) certification has helped her to gain more expertise in assisting with the Senior community helping them with downsizing & preparing for their stay in place plans. She has been actively involved in coordinating & selling through a series of land sales for the coal, oil- gas & timber industries. After becoming an Auctioneer, she joined the Dutton Auction Team & started the Melissa Steiner Group. The teams together offer a ray of opportunities to serve & help clients to the highest potential. She believes in strong communication & building relationships with all her clients to help them throughout the process of selling their real estate & personal assets. Her hobbies include spending time with family & friends, traveling to make life-long memories & experiences, & helping new agents start their careers & build their businesses.
