Jack Davis, Realtor & Auctioneer, member of Keller Williams Legacy Group Realty & KW Commercial Division. Licensed Ohio Real Estate Agent, Ohio & Pennsylvania Auctioneer. In his 20 year Real Estate career he has been involved in the sale of over 3,000 properties including Residential, Commercial, Farm, Island-Waterfront properties and High End Residential Real Estate throughout Ohio.
His experience includes coordinating and the sale of waterfront properties located in and on the shores of Lake Erie, implemented marketing programs for the sale of high end residential real estate and has worked closely with Fiduciary, Trustee, POA, and Estate sellers. His involvement as Senior Auctioneer allowed him to coordinate and sell through a series of Land sales for the Coal, Oil- Gas and Timber Industries that resulted in the sale of over 60,000 acres which is one of the largest dispositions of Corporate Land Portfolios in Ohio, Pennsylvania & West Virginia. He has been a speaker on the topic of Real Estate Auction Marketing and has presented a Certified Continuing Education course covering Real Estate Auctions to hundreds of Licensed Ohio Realtors. His hobbies include spending time with his children, coaching & involvement with various youth sports teams, playing golf, and is also known for his charitable work as the auctioneer at fundraising events for many different school districts, organizations and church affiliations including The Canton Symphony.
